Crash alert: Passenger killed, driver arrested in Williamson County ATV accident

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TN – A young man was arrested and charged following a deadly crash involving an ATV in Williamson County last week, according to WKRN.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the accident happened in the 8000 block of Shoals Branch Road at about 5:15 a.m. on Thursday.

Investigators determined that 19-year-old Kameron Harris-Lusk was driving an ATV when he drove off the road and crashed into two trees. One of the two passengers in the vehicle was killed. The victim was identified as 21-year-old Elijah Sullivan of Fairview. The other passenger was not hurt.

According to the THP’s accident report, Harris-Lutz, a Primm Springs resident, was drinking alcohol before the crash.  He was charged with vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment.

WKRN reported that Harris-Lutz was a walk-on with the University of Tennessee at Martin football team in 2019.
