Crash alert: Ambulances on scene of Lebanon accident

WILSON COUNTY, TN – First responders were on the scene of an accident in Wilson County Tuesday afternoon. Fox 17 reported it happened in the 2200 block of Sparta Pike near Greenwood Drive and Gilbert Valley in Lebanon.

There were no immediate details on injuries resulting from the crash, but several ambulances responded along with the Lifeflight air transport service and the county Emergency Management Agency.

Authorities shut down both lanes of Sparta Pike for the investigation, and drivers were advised to look for alternate routes. The scene was expected to be cleared by 1 p.m.
