Crash alert: Clarksville accident leaves driver critically injured

CLARKSVILLE, TN – A young man was critically injured in a car accident in Clarksville early Monday morning, according to a report by WSMV.

Police say the incident occurred shortly before 3:30 a.m. on Tiny Town Road, where a car driven by 21-year-old Anthony Bowers Jr. went off the roadway. The vehicle ended up crashing into a culvert in front of a home on the road’s 200 block.

Bowers was flown to a hospital in Nashville. He was listed in critical but stable condition.

Police are continuing their investigation into the crash and are asking any witnesses to contact authorities.
