NASHVILLE, TN – A driver is facing charges in connection with a crash in Nashville that claimed the life of a teenager, the Tennessean reported.

20-year-old Pedro Domingo is charged with vehicular homicide, driving without a license and not having insurance. The accident happened at about 3 a.m. Monday on the I-40 off ramp to Donelson Pike.
Police said the car Domingo was driving flipped after slamming into the back of a tractor-trailer that was parked on the shoulder of the ramp.
A passenger, identified as 15-year-old Marleny Perez-Gregorio of Guatemala, was ejected and pronounced dead the scene.
Domingo suffered minor injuries in the crash.
