BELLEVUE, TN – Authorities say a man is under arrest in connection with a crash that killed a woman in Bellevue.
This is an update to a previous story.
According to WKRN, 24-year-old Christopher Dennis is facing a charge of vehicular homicide. The accident happened just after midnight on June 19, at the intersection of Highway 100 and Temple Road.
Police said Dennis was driving at nearly twice the speed limit when he ran a flashing light and crashed into a vehicle driven by Anna Miller. She was pronounced dead at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dennis was released on bond last week after being booked into the Metro jail.
