Crash alert: Police identify woman killed in Nashville accident

NASHVILLEL, TN – The woman who died in a head-on crash in Nashville late Tuesday night has been identified by police.

This is an update to a previous story.

According to Fox 17 Nashville, the victim was identified as 24-year-old Chloe Mariea of Nashville. She was driving a BMW at West Minister Drive and Old Hickory Boulevard in the Belle Meade section when the accident occurred at about 11:30 p.m.

Authorities say Mariea’s vehicle swerved into another lane and collided with an oncoming minivan.  The BMW went up in flames and Mariea was pronounced dead at the scene.

The minivan driver was hospitalized in stable condition. Two passengers in his vehicle suffered minor injuries.
