Crash alert: Young woman injured in Cumberland County pickup accident

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, TN – A young woman was hurt when a pickup truck went off the road and rolled over in Cumberland County Monday afternoon.

According to 1057 News, the incident happened on Vandever Road near Ike Burgess Road. Investigators said 23-year-old Justin A. Murphy of Crossville was driving a Toyota Tacoma when the vehicle ran off the roadway and crashed into a culvert. The pickup went airborne and ended up on its top.

18-year-old Victoria L. Bumgardner of Crossville, a passenger in the pickup, was transported to an area hospital. No information was released on her condition. Murphy was not injured in the accident.
