News: 26-year-old woman identified in fatal I-24 crash

NASHVILLE, TN – Police have released the identity of the Nashville woman killed in a multi-vehicle crash along I-24 Monday morning.

According to WSMV, 26-year-old Kaitlyn Cash was traveling at a high rate of speed along the interstate near Haywood Lane when she sideswiped another vehicle around 8:41 a.m.

The force of the impact sent Cash’s vehicle head-on into the median. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other injuries were reported as a direct result of the crash.
