NASHVILLE, TN – A single-vehicle accident that sent a vehicle crashing into a Nashville home on New Year’s Eve is under investigation by Nashville Metro Police, reports WKRN.
Officers responded to the home on Charlie Place, which is south of the intersection of Briley Parkway and Whites Creek Pike, around 5 a.m Thursday morning.
Metro police say the car contained three juveniles who stated they crashed their vehicle while fleeing from someone who was potentially chasing them.
The resident was home at the time of the crash and said it sounded like an explosion.
Nashville Metro Police continue to investigate the crash. No injuries have been reported.
