News: Dog missing following Nashville car accident

NASHVILLE, TN – A Nashville family is searching for their dog which ran away following a Saturday evening crash.

According to Fox 17, the accident took place at about 5:30 p.m. within the interaction of Tyne Boulevard and Franklin Pike.

Police say a vehicle driven by Meredith McKay Luckett was struck by a minivan at the intersection. The force of the impact blew out the back windows of Luckett’s vehicle, causing her dog to be thrown from the vehicle.

No injures were reported as a result of the crash. However, the dog has not been seen since the incident occurred.
