News: Icy road conditions in Murfreesboro result in 36 minor collisions Monday morning

MURFREESBORO, TN – Officers with the Murfreesboro Police Department say officers responded to 36 minor accidents on Monday morning before 9 a.m.

According to WGNS,  snowfall, cold temperatures, and wet roadways led to treacherous conditions that caused several fender-benders in the area.

Police in Murfreesboro also reported multiple injuries following collisions on Monday. No further details regarding those collisions have been made available at this time.
