NASHVILLE, TX – A truck driver from Arkansas was killed as the result of a rollover collision along I-65 early Monday morning.
According to WKRN, the accident occurred at about 6 a.m. near the Briley Parkway.
Investigators say a Toyota Camry was struck by a white pickup truck in a hit-and-run crash, which left the Camry disabled in the roadway. A short time later, the tractor-trailer—driven by 54-year-old Archie Lee—struck the disabled vehicle and overturned in the roadway.
Lee and his dog were both killed in the crash. The driver of the Camry was able to safely get out of the roadway without sustaining any serious injuries.
