There aren’t enough words to describe Mrs. Charlene. She is the most optimistic and happy person I know. She’s always sharing a laugh or a joke or occasionally busting a move. She’s never afraid. If you think you can do it, she will tell you to do it. “Speak it into existence” She never leaves a conversation on a negative note and will always be there to walk you through it. I can not express how grateful I am for her.
