Ms Crossman goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her students. Maybe she has a student that has behavioral problems, instead of being upset she will find what needs aren't being met to make that student comfortable. Maybe she has a student who has anxiety and just has a hard time getting thru their day.... She goes above and beyond to do small acts to comfort the child.... Give them a morning job to have something to look forward to when they arrive, maybe they need a snack... She will quietly lay it on their desk so they don't have to ask. Maybe they need more reassurance during the firedrills, tornado drills, etc that can be very scary for these children.... She will soothe the children until they are comfortable.
