We all know instigators—or those who twist words to incite conflict. They can make friends into enemies with a few carefully crafted whispers, or start a devastating rumor with a simple manipulation of someone’s words. There’s nothing more frustrating than hearing your reputation has been scarred because someone took your words out of context and used them against you.
