NASHVILLE, TN – A vigil was held Wednesday night for a teenager killed in an accident at a construction site in East Nashville, according to WSMV.

This is an update to a previous story.

Family and friends gathered to remember 16-year-old Gustavo Enrique Ramirez of Springfield, and called for an investigation into his death.

The accident happened Tuesday afternoon as he was working at the site of a new hotel on the 300 block of Interstate Drive.  Ramirez fell from scaffolding about 120 feet from the ground. No foul play was involved, police said.

Another vigil for Ramirez was set for Thursday night on the soccer field at Franklin-Simpson High School.
