HERMITAGE, TN – A pedestrian was killed on Interstate 40 before Exit 219 on Dec. 3.

No information on the driver is currently available.

WKRN reported the accident happened at around 7:45 p.m. The roadway was closed to westbound traffic and is expected to be cleared by midnight on Dec. 4.

NASHVILLE, T.N. – A car collision was reported in Central Nashville on Friday afternoon by the Metro Nashville Police Department.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Sixth Avenue North and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at 4:09 p.m. The cause of the accident is not yet known, nor is if anyone was injured. The department does report that property was damaged as a result of the crash.
