Injuries and Fatality Caused by TN Car Accident

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP), 23-year-old Justin Seeber was driving north on U.S. 25W on May 28, when his 2006 Jaguar sedan crossed into the southbound lane, ran off the road and went into a ditch. The vehicle then exited the ditch and finally came to a rest on the roadway. The car accident took place just before 1 a.m., and, in addition to Smith being killed, Seeber and passengers Tyler Galvin and Jeremy Myers were also injured in the accident. Following the fatal wreck, Seeber was cited for driving with a revoked license and for failing to exercise due care, and criminal charges against the 23-year-old are pending. According to troopers, Seeber and at least one other passenger had been drinking alcohol prior to the deadly car accident.
