She is always up-beat and easily works with students of all levels and interest....She is the culinary arts teacher, who has shared, taught and challenged her students in many ways. My best memory is the fact that she has her classes so organized and ready for the " world of culinary arts", she has produced the wonderful foods for our school prom and even prepares the pre-game meals for our state champion football teams during the season... Her students show professionalism and understanding of providing services for large groups. She is truly a great teacher and leader in her field.
