Melissa Dorris

My son has been very fortunate to have Mrs. Dorris for first grade AND second grade. We could not have been more blessed when this happened. Mrs. Dorris cares about her students not only while in school but out of the classroom as well. She will send pictures out to me if something funny/cute/or just anything she thinks I might like to see regarding our child. She will send special additional learning videos if our child is having difficulty with something that specifically deals with what he is struggling with at the moment. She will also send some for things that she knows he likes as well. My son enjoys going to school because of Mrs. Dorris. She is just a great teacher all around and deserves special recognition for her hard work.
