Chelsea Burton has exceeded all expectations. Her grades from elementary school through college have been superb. Her communication and comprehension of a students needs are always taken and understood. Chelsea brings a special skill set with her from playing basketball since she was tall enough to bounce a ball. I know that if you were to interview her, you would then understand what I've mentioned above.
