Victoria’s legal work is focused on helping clients with Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation claims. As part of her work, she regularly assists clients with seeking medical treatment for their injuries, filing for compensation for work-related injuries through the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, obtaining and understanding medical evidence, and interacting with counsel from insurance and coal companies. Victoria also has extensive experience in the US Courts of Appeal including writing briefs to and performing oral arguments in front of court panels.
Victoria earned her law degree from the Appalachian School of Law in 2014 where she served as the Editor in Chief of the Appalachian National Resources Law Journal and obtained a Natural Resources Law Certificate. She also obtained her Masters in Law from Appalachian School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Victoria grew up in Sevier County, Tennessee in the shadow of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. She has a large close-knit family who taught her the value of hard work, compassion, and empathy for others. These values are always at the forefront of her mind as she works with her clients. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dog, a Boxer named Jasmine.
