Zaia Thombre is an associate attorney at Ponce Law. She graduated in the top ten of her class from the Nashville School of Law and holds a Master of Public Policy from Vanderbilt University.
Before becoming an attorney, Zaia spent more than a decade in education as a math teacher and leader. That experience shaped her belief that clients deserve to understand every step of their case. She brings that same clarity and structure to her legal practice—breaking down complex issues, answering questions clearly, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
Zaia is happily married and loves spending time with her two children, Zuri and Zen. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing aerial silks, gardening, and curling up with a good book.
