PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Kim Stark grew up in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She is married and has two sons, and she enjoys traveling with her family in her free time. Kim relocated to Tennessee with her family in 2012 and has called Tennessee home since then.

EDUCATION & ACHIEVEMENTS

Kim graduated from Lycoming College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology before earning her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2002. She has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2005 and obtained her Tennessee license in 2013. Throughout her career, Kim has gained extensive courtroom experience and developed the skills necessary to resolve legal matters effectively and efficiently.

Kim believes clients should be patient, honest, and consistent with their medical treatment while she handles the legal strategy and fights for the compensation they deserve. Kimberly is a member of the Williamson County Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association.
