Lindsay Cordes grew up in Northern Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2010. Since 2014, she has worked solely for individuals handling personal injury cases. She resides in East Nashville, Tennessee with her husband. An avid animal rescue advocate, she and her husband share their home with two dogs and a cat. In her free time, she loves to cheer on the Nashville Predators and Nashville Soccer Club.
Lindsay Cordes grew up in Northern Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to moving to Nashville in 2021, she practiced at a local personal injury firm in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was the Partner-in-Charge and managed the office. There, she gained extensive experience representing clients in a variety of complex personal injury cases, including civil rights (Title IX), medical malpractice and nursing home abuse and neglect, mass torts, child sexual abuse and products liability cases. She has represented clients in cases across the country, in federal and state courts. She has written legal articles and given presentations on various legal topics and has also assisted in drafting legislation to assist childhood survivors of sexual abuse.
Lindsay moved to Nashville in 2021, to expand her legal practice and is licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee and handles cases for clients at Ponce Law in both states. Lindsay and her husband share their home in East Nashville with two dogs and a cat. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Nashville Predators and Nashville Soccer Club and loves scuba diving when she gets the rare chance to go.
Lindsay graduated summa cum laude, in the Honors Program, from the University of Kentucky, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with double majors in Management and Marketing, before graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2010. Lindsay practiced in family law during the first four years of her practice but then decided to focus on helping injured individuals against corporations and insurance companies. Since 2014, she has worked solely on behalf of individuals handling personal injury cases. Lindsay has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star®, an honor given to only 2.5% of attorneys in each state, from 2017 through 2025.
Small in stature, but a fierce advocate, Lindsay understands the immense responsibility of representing her clients in one of the most devastating times of their lives and being trusted with that privilege to fight for them.
