Nina Parsley was born in New Orleans and raised in nearby Covington, Louisiana. She is happily married and the mother of three children: Emily, Audrey, and Katherine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Spring Hill College and her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.
Nina came to Ponce Law in 2011 after working with a different law firm. She started as an attorney before being promoted to Attorney Manager. Later Michael Ponce would ask Nina to become Chief Operating Officer of Ponce Law.
She received the Million Dollar Advocates Forum Award, an achievement reserved for attorneys who have secured million dollar verdicts. Nina was also selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2026, recognizing her dedication and accomplishments in the legal profession. She serves on the board of the Sumner County YMCA and is admitted to the Tennessee Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee. She is also a member of the Tennessee Association for Justice.
