Nina Parsley was born in New Orleans and raised in nearby Covington, Louisiana. She is happily married and the mother of three children: Emily, Audrey, and Katherine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Spring Hill College and her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.
Nina came to Ponce Law in 2011 after working with a different law firm. She started as an attorney before being promoted to Attorney Manager. Later Michael Ponce would ask Nina to become Chief Operating Officer of Ponce Law.
She received the Million Dollar Advocates Forum Award, an achievement only given to attorneys who have won million-dollar verdicts. She also serves on the board of the Sumner County YMCA. She is admitted to the Tennessee Bar, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee. She is a member of the Tennessee Association for Justice.
