She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Spring Hill College and her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.

“Honesty is the best policy. In every step of this process, if you are being honest about your circumstances, I can help you even if there are facts you are embarrassed about or that you think hurt the case. As long as we have an honest working relationship, I can be successful in my representation of you.”
Most common question asked by clients: “Do I need an attorney?” Nina’s response: “It depends on the circumstances of your case. Tell me what happened to you and I’ll let you know if I think we can help. Most of the time if you were injured in a car wreck, the insurance carrier has an advantage over you and there are enough nuances and pitfalls in the system that you likely need representation. However, the same is not always true of an employment law or workers compensation claim. I always look at the type of case and the facts, and if I don’t think I can add value to a case or help accomplish a goal for that person, I will let them know or direct them to the right place.”
I care about your well-being and financial stability. I know you have people that rely upon you, and I won’t stop working for you until we get the best possible recovery.
