A Tennessee woman is recovering at an area hospital from injuries she sustained after being struck by a car last week on Master Street in front of the Corbin Flower Shop. Teresa Dugger, 57, was treated at the scene of the accident, taken by ambulance to Rotary Park, and then airlifted by an Air Evac Lifeteam medical helicopter to the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.
