Patricia Harris

Patricia is not only one of my best friends, but she is a truly an amazing, one of a kind teacher. There is nothing that she would not do for her students. I have witnessed the love that is poured into her classroom and students on a daily basis. Not only does she spend her own money on classroom rewards for the students, but she makes sure that they know how special they are by rewarding them for all of their hard work. Students absolutely adore her and love her. They know that she truly cares for them and loves them. Her hard work and dedication for her students is just astounding. I have never known a teacher that makes it their mission to get to know every one of her students, but Patricia does just that. She makes sure that she knows her students and what they need to feel safe and loved while they are at school. The amount of respect that is shown towards her is just amazing to watch. There has never been a more deserving teacher of this award and I know that without a doubt she would use that money on her students or on something that would benefit her entire classroom.
