Charity of the Month: HomeSafe

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation estimates that, each year, tens of thousands of men, women, and children living in our state become victims of domestic violence and abuse. In fact, a total of 275 Tennesseans lost their lives as a result of domestic violence between 2010-12.

To help victims of domestic abuse, the Nashville personal injury attorneys with Ponce Law are sponsoring a local organization that can provide shelter and resources to victims of domestic violence in Middle Tennessee.

HomeSafe was created in 1983 to offer assistance to survivors of domestic violence and abuse regardless of their race, gender, age, religion, or ethnicity. Since that time, the organization has helped more than 39,000 individuals find freedom and security from their abusers.

This non-profit organization depends on public donations to continue operating. The attorneys at Ponce Law explain how you can help this wonderful organization meet their financial needs by participating in our firm’s “Charity of the Month” program.

All you have to do is go to our Facebook page and hit the “Like” button. For each new and unique “Like” we get during the month of March, we will donate $1 to HomeSafe.

We believe in giving back to the community we serve at Ponce Law, and we hope you will join us in supporting an organization that is vital to many members of our community.
