Fall Most Dangerous Driving Season in Davidson County

Coming off one of the hottest summers in recent memory, fall is sure to be a welcome change for Nashville. Cooler temperatures and fall events are just around the corner, and in our opinion, they can’t get here soon enough. Unfortunately, fall also ushers in the most dangerous season for Nashville motorists.

According to the Tennessee Department of Safety, last September and October had the most vehicle crashes reported in Davidson County than any other month. Many of those accidents resulted in injuries, and a percentage of those resulted in death. Those statistics are a sobering reminder of how important it is to put safety first this fall, as it only takes one lapse of concentration or judgment to change a family forever.

That statistic is also a reminder of how important it is for Nashvillians to have experienced legal teams ready to defend the rights of injured accident victims. At Ponce Law, we take pride in the fact that so many accident victims turn to us to help with their injury claims, because we know that trust was built upon the hundreds of past clients we’ve helped through similar situations.

If you’ve been injured in a car accident, give our experienced Nashville car accident attorneys a call for a free consultation. We know what you’re going through, and we know how to help, so contact us today.
