The Rules of the Road

There are rules to the road. They apply to everyone, no matter how much money you make, where you live, or how many years you’ve been driving. These rules are put in place to protect Nashvillians depart and arrive safely to their destinations every time. When a careless driver breaks one of those rules, they needlessly put everyone around them at risk.

At Ponce Law, we handle several different types of auto accident cases, almost all of which could have been avoided if the at-fault driver had simply obeyed the rules. Whether running a stop sign or driving drunk, that at-fault driver, and their insurance company are liable for the damage they’ve done and must be held accountable. In a perfect world, the insurance company would do the right thing from the start, but unfortunately, in our experience, that rarely happens. So accident victims turn to us, and we fight to make the insurance company live up to their responsibility.

If you’ve been injured in a car accident, standing up for yourself and demanding fair compensation is more than the right decision for your family. It’s the right thing to do for your community as well. We believe that every time we secure maximum compensation for a client, we make our roads a little safer and send a clear message to the insurance company that there’s a Nashville law firm they can’t push around. Give us a call today for a free, no obligation consultation.
