CUMBERLAND COUNTY, TN – State troopers were on the scene after two vehicles collided in Cumberland County last weekend, according to a report by 1057 News.
The accident happened Saturday in the vicinity of Highway 68 and Deep Draw Road. Authorities say 19-year-old Tyler L. Jackson of Crossville was driving a Dodge Ram and trying to turn onto Highway 68 when his vehicle was struck by a GMC.
Jackson and the driver of the GMC, 25-year-old John Blank of Rockwood, both escaped injury, as did an adult and two children in the Ram. A passenger in Blanks’ vehicle suffered possible injuries. He was identified as 53-year-old Mike Vaughn of Crossville.
Jackson was charged with failure to yield, police said. Blank was cited for driving without a license or insurance and improper display of registration.
